Disclaimer

NCSES makes every reasonable attempt to ensure that our websites meet the requirements of ADA Section 508 with the WCAG 2.0 Guidelines. Accessibility review and remediation is an ongoing process with a team dedicated to ensuring content is compliant. Linked sites are not under the control of NCSES but are provided as a convenience. NCSES is not responsible for Web content accessibility of linked sites. NCSES content such as videos and documents are created with accessibility in mind. However, NCSES cannot control accessibility when content is posted on external websites. Accessibility questions should be addressed to the external websites hosting the content.

Conformance

NCSES is testing all website pages and documents to meet WCAG 2.0. NCSES is in the process of updating legacy applications to better work with associative technology. Some of these applications are partially conformant, meaning that some parts of the application do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. These issues have been identified and are in the process of being remediated. If you have difficulty accessing any content or data, please contact the above support e-mail.
